The BBC Red Button service was due to be discontinued by the BBC and a lot of new televisions
no longer have the software embedded to process the information.
Due to public pressure (and perhaps the pandemic) the BBC kept the red button service therefore a lot of TV manufacturers and manufacturers of other devices (PVR's etc) were caught out.
My 2019 Sonia Bravia TV can get the Red Button Services but my 2021 Humax Aura PVR does not.
