Hi, does anyone have the same problem. I've had the soundbar for just over 2 years, no problems. Then last week it came up with a "Hello" message but nothing happens. The remote doesn't work, the buttons on the soundbar don't work, I can't reset it. I've turned it off, left it for some time and then turned it on but still keep getting the same message. It's only 2 years old. You'd think Sony could build something that lasted longer. Please help.
