Please help, the desktop fails to display a progress bar when sync-ing. I am able to start the "Sync" process after downloading a book from the internet to the computer and the process appears to start but I cannot decide when the process is completed in order to disconnect the reader from the computer. I am using a Sony PRS-T1 reader and an Acer Aspire desktop computer.
