Menu and photo review issues with Sony a6500

I have a problem with my Sony Alpha 6500. Whilst it is still able to take photographs I am unable to access the menu or function windows. Neither does it allow me to review the photographs. I have tried removing/replacing the battery and memory cards but to no avail. Any suggestions as to what the problem is and how to remedy it would be helpful.

Hi,

It sounds like a problem with the keypad. Maybe some key hangs and blocks the input via the other keys. Normally, a key has a pressure point. If you have a key that has no pressure point, you have found the culprit. However, the entire key block would then have to be replaced in the service department.
