Hi all, i'm trying to connect my dslr - a700 to my computer with windows vista home premium but having some problems.
when i attached the camera to the pc, it looked for the driver ans said that sony a700 was installed correctly however the remote camera software doesn't see this camera on the pc.
i looked in the device manager and there's an esclamation mark beside sony a700. when i check the properties it says "code 10 the device cannot be started"
any suggestions? i've downloaded all the latest software version from the site.
